Service Application Process
- Fill out the above 'Counseling Service Application and Consent Form'.✍🏻
- After receiving your application, the counseling supervisor of our center will contact you by phone to assess your situation and understand your needs.
- Match you with a suitable counselor👥 (Clinical Psychologist / Counseling Psychologist / Counselor / Therapist).
- Our staff will confirm the date and time of the counseling session with you via WhatsApp.📅
- Our staff will notify you of the payment details via WhatsApp💰 (Our center collects fees on a prepayment basis).
- Please follow the instructions of our staff to send the 'Proof of Payment' and relevant information via WhatsApp (Your appointment must be confirmed at least 3 working days before the counseling date).
- Our staff will send a reservation confirmation message, and you can arrive at our center on time according to the appointment to start your counseling service.💬
* Applicants will be contacted within 5 working days to arrange the date and time for an appointment with a counselor.
** All client information will be kept strictly confidential to ensure client privacy and safety.
*** 🙅🏻♀️Our center does not accept phone reservations; clients must first complete the above application form.
**** Currently, our center only offers online video counseling services (Zoom) for pre-marital counseling, subject to case review. Clients are generally required to attend in person for face-to-face counseling services.
