Methodist Chai Wan Training Centre

Our retraining service started in 1994 and was subsequently appointed by the Employees Retraining Board as a training institution to provide relevant training courses. We have a total of 3 training centres located in Wan Chai, Causeway Bay and Chai Wan. Our mission is to provide vocational education to individuals in need in society, aiming to train individuals from different backgrounds and industries, helping them realise their potential, enhance industry knowledge and skills, and also employability. Chai Wan Training Centre is the largest training centre operated by the organization, featuring spacious facilities and comprehensive amenities. It primarily focuses on courses related to Chinese and Western culinary, coffee, baking and related subjects.
