Established in 2000, this service aims to provide professional, diverse and comprehensive support services to secondary schools, primary schools and kindergartens in Hong Kong. The goal is to enhance students' learning and social skills, foster positive values and confidence to cope with academic and familial challenges. Simultaneously, it enhances the capabilities of teachers and parents, reducing the pressures of teaching and discipline.
